Allison Pregler Bio

Allison Pregler reviews Z-grade films, usually horror and martial arts. She is similar to The Cinema Snob in that she enjoys dumb action movies. The reviews began at the end of 2009 and, following her rise to fame (under the name of Obscurus Lupa, which was previously used) Allison Pregler subsequently became part of Channel Awesome's family. The channel was online until 2015, when Obscurus Lupa Presents was changed to Movie Nights. The channel also hosts two podcasts via her channel, both of which cover the Charmed franchise and both co-hosted with Phelous. After a controversial departure from Channel Awesome Allison officially announced on January 20th 2015 that she'd be revamping OLP into an impromptu review show called Movie Nights with an appropriately-shlocky elevator jazz theme. They would frequently appear in episodes of Nostalgia Critic.
